Prepare a phone or tablet

- Rotate to landscape
- Keep the game tab in front
- Close memory-heavy apps
- Disable screen lock temporarily
- Use a short pack for the first test
If your browser offers Install app or Add to Home Screen, a PWA shortcut can make the game easier to reopen. It does not guarantee more memory or a different export format.
Understand the export format
WebM is the expected browser video format unless the game explicitly offers another choice. MP4 is not guaranteed directly from every mobile or desktop browser. If another app needs MP4, convert a successfully saved WebM afterward with a tool you trust.
A past device-specific codec report does not prove that every iPhone has the same limitation. Record the device, OS, browser, Mod, and date before treating a compatibility result as current.
Recover an export in order
- Starting does not move. Keep the tab visible for one attempt. Do not switch apps or lock the device.
- Rendering freezes. Close other heavy tabs and apps, reload the game, then test a shorter Mod or result.
- Rendering fails. Confirm there is free storage, update the browser, and retry once after a fresh page load.
- No file downloads. Tap the final Save or Download control yourself. Mobile browsers often require this direct user gesture.
- The file exists but will not play. Open it in a player that supports WebM or convert the saved file. Do not repeat rendering until you first confirm the file format.
Why long Mods are harder
The browser may keep scene media, recorded audio, and rendered frames in memory at the same time. Longer packs increase that pressure. A short known-working pack is the fastest way to distinguish a general export failure from a pack-length or device-memory limit.

- Starting, freeze, fail, or save stage
Include the exact visible message. Do not upload a private recording unless support explicitly requests it through a private channel.
